The home features two dining options: a comfortable built in dining banquette as well as a dining table with seating for eight. 

The first floor also features two bedrooms. The downstairs guest room has a queen size bed and is located next to the first floor bathroom complete with a shower/tub combination. The primary bedroom features a king size bed and an extremely spacious en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate tub. 

Upstairs, you'll find three additional large bedrooms. The first bedroom homes a twin-over-full bunk bed. The second bedroom has a lovely queen bed with lots of closet space. These two sleeping areas share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The last upstairs bedroom has two twin beds and plenty of seating areas for kids to hang out and play games on the occasional rainy day. 

Outside, you'll find beautiful gardens and a patio with a dining area to dine al-fresco and take in the beautiful scenery. On the edge of the property is a firepit with ocean views.

This home also features a washer and dryer on the first floor as well as a 2 car garage with all of the beach gear you'd ever need for a wonderful trip.
